The MobilEmail™ product is available in two versions:

- Enterprise version: MobilEmail™ client software and MobilEmail™ Enterprise server
- SOHO / Individual user version: MobilEmail™ client software only

MobilEmail™ is designed to run on Java-enabled devices (cell phones, smart phones, PDAs). It requires data services from the mobile operator. The user can access his email at his convenience, and can also set alerts based on filtering (user ID, domain name, and/or key words in the ‘subject’ field of the email). An alert is an SMS message indicating that an email has come (From, To, and Subject of the email will be shown in the SMS message). A user can also view attachments (word, PDF, and image files).

Enterprise user
The MobilEmail™ client connects securely to the MobilEmail™ Enterprise server to fetch email from the user’s email accounts. Data is fully encrypted end-to-end between the client application on the employee cell-phone/PDA and the MobilEmail™ Enterprise server. The desktop mailbox remains intact for email retrieval upon the user's return to his PC. Default setting will limit access to enterprise email only.

SOHO / Individual user
MobilEmail™ interfaces with all popular mail hosts (Yahoo!, Hotmail, GMail,or other standard POP3 accounts) providing access to email at all times. Data is fully encrypted end-to-end between the client application on the employee cell-phone/PDA and the host server. The desktop mailbox remains intact for email retrieval upon the user's return to his PC.

Client software
The MobilEmail™ client can be installed using over-the-air (OTA) provisioning.

Enterprise server
The MobilEmail™ Enterprise server component for the enterprise is available in both software and hardware versions:

- The server software solution is applicable to small and mid-size enterprise users. It can be loaded on any server of the company.

- The hardware server component is recommended for large enterprises. This dedicated server unit is pre-configured and runs on Linux. It is capable of handling 1000 users concurrently. Please consult with us for this option.
