Licensing period:
The user may purchase a license for MobilEmail™. This includes the software and activation, and access to the MobilEmail™ service for one year for Individual and SOHO users and for two years typically for Enterprise users. For subsequent years you must renew your license for MobilEmail™ service. Please note that each MobilEmail™ license is for a single user only. Best-In-Mobile will make its best efforts to keep the renewal price of the same product at the same level as the initial purchase price. However Best-In-Mobile reserves the right to modify and adjust the pricing of new and/or enhanced products.

Carrier limitations:
We strongly recommend that the user checks the following prior to the purchase of our
MobilEmail™:
1- the cell phone must have Java application capability,
2- the wireless plan must include data services from the carrier,
3- the carrier should enable Java application download from the internet (not limited to the
carrier’s portal)
Certain carriers impose limitation on downloads, made only possible through their portals. For
these carriers the proposed direct client download mechanism will not be possible. Users must
find an alternative download method to install the client onto their cell phone. For example, carriers such as Verizon and Nextel only permit application downloads via their portal, and do not allow download OTA of MobilEmail™ at this time. Please consult with us if you are a customer of these wireless operators.

Data Services charges:
The user understands that sending and receiving messages will require the use of data network
and SMS services from the carrier and that he/she will incur usage charges as determined by the
carrier for this data transfer. The user may also incur further charges for receiving text messages, as determined by the wireless plan.
